What we can and cannot help with
Venice Water Inform is an information site. We sell nothing and act for no one, so some requests are simply outside what we do.

- Corrections of facts, names, dates or figures on any page, in English or Italian
- Suggestions for places, topics or Venetian water words we have not covered yet
- Questions about the photographs and their credits, including requests from photographers about how their work is attributed
- Reports of broken links, display problems or accessibility barriers on the site
- Questions about privacy and the little data this site handles
- Requests for permission to reuse our texts beyond short quotations
Not something we do
- Reservations for accommodation, transport or tours, and tickets of any kind
- Travel agency services, made-to-order itineraries or guiding
- Recommendations of particular hotels, restaurants, shops or other businesses
- Live information on timetables, strikes, tide forecasts or closures
- Lost property, complaints about services, or matters for the city authorities
What happens to your message
The form on this page does not send anything by itself and stores nothing: it only hands your text to your own email program. Once you send the email, it reaches our mailbox like any other message.
We use your name, your email address and what you write only to read and answer your message, for example to check a correction you suggest. We delete correspondence once the matter is closed. The privacy policy explains this in full, including your rights.
